okay, so my run/walk.
i ran most of the first 1.4 miles in 15:59, which is an 11:24 mile. not too bad, considering it was also really hilly.
then i walked most of the last 1.12 miles (i ran down the hills/a little bit on the flatter parts) in 15:29, which is a 13:49 mile, and it had the REALLY big hill!
overall, i averaged a 12:25 mile, which is really not bad at all. if it had been flatter...

got about 11 hours of sleep last night and feel MUCH better today.
i’m about to take a decongestant and then head out on the same path i walked last night. but this time, i’m going to attempt to run it! eek! so many hills!

i just tore it up at the gym today!
my goal was to run 1.5 miles, right? well, i ran 1.6 and then walked for a minute and a half and then i ran another .4 miles!!
BUT WAIT THERE’S MORE!
then i did 18 minutes on the elliptical (about 10 minutes of which was on the random hill setting), and the machine said i burned 216 calories and i was in my 15-20 minute goal!
i’m really sweaty right now and it’s so awesome.

my calves hurt from last night, but i’m still hoping to run at least a mile and a half.
my goal is to burn off the custard (about 400 calories), so i’m probably going to hit up the elliptical after that (goal: 15-20 minutes).
