week one: water.
weekly goals:
weigh/measure self to get starting stats.
drink a gallon of water each day as a base and (at least) one addition ounce for every five minutes of exercise.
exercise for at least five minutes every day. crunches, stairs, running, squats: just do something! even if i have to do lunges at work!

in case you haven’t noticed, i haven’t posted in awhile.
i know. i suck.
i need to get my life in order.
so i’ve set new goals for this month!
lose 5 pounds. (also, weigh self once a week)
stop spending so much money.
drink more water.
eat better.
remember running? do it again. half marathons are a-coming!
strength training needs to become a part of my life again.

ugh.
i didn’t do the half today.
my heel is like killing me and brendan and i agreed that i should not do it because if i run on it, i might end up seriously hurt.
my parents think i should have done it anyway because it was like $80 to register.
i’m planning on doing two other halfs, now, though.
presque isle on july 17 and buffalo creek on october 15.
plus i’m doing the 10k for...
