week one: water.
weekly goals: weigh/measure self to get starting stats. drink a gallon of water each day as a base and (at least) one addition ounce for every five minutes of exercise. exercise for at least five minutes every day. crunches, stairs, running, squats: just do something! even if i have to do lunges at work!
